About the Role & Project

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full control of a $10M early works expansion and refurbishment of a school. Key Responsibilities

  • Programming & Compliance: Develop workable, efficient construction programs and conduct rigorous site inspections in line with BCA standards.
  • Safety & Reporting: Champion on-site OH&S protocols, maintain meticulous site documentation, and deliver accurate daily reports.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client and project stakeholders, proactively resolving issues to mitigate project risk.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman with an Australian Head Contractor. A proven track record delivering similar builds in Australia (Education, Aged Care, Medical, or complex commercial refurbishments) is highly regarded.
  • Qualifications: A trade qualification in Carpentry or Joinery is essential.
  • Skills: Strong leadership capability, exceptional communication skills, and a composed, professional presence under pressure.
  • Mindset: A positive, results-driven attitude paired with strong problem-solving abilities.

On offer:
